What is the building size and capacity?
The Amazing Graze Barn is approxiamately 6,000 square feet and can comfortably seat 200 guests.
Can you accommodate events other than weddings?
Yes! We have flexible space that can be great for a variety of events including rehearsal dinners, anniversary/engagement parties, corporate events/retreats, and team building. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing, availability and more information.

Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
A deposit of $1000 is due after signing the contract. 9 months before your wedding an additional 50% is due. The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding. You are free to make additional payments at your convenience within the required due dates. This gives you greater flexibility in your payment options.
How do I reserve a date?
Check for available dates HERE and schedule a TOUR. Dates are reserved on a first requested basis only after receiving a tour. Whomever has requested to start the contract process for a specific date will be first in line. A signed contract and deposit is required to book a date.
Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
Tours are by appointment only please.
Will there be another wedding the same day?
No. You will have exclusive use of the Amazing Graze Barn, ceremony area, and barnyard during your contracted time.
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Yes. The nearest overnight hotel accommodations are a quick 10 minute drive away. There are several local farm-stays that are available as well. Many more hotel accommodations are available 30 minutes away in the Raleigh area.
Do you provided table linens, cups, silverware, etc?
No we do not provide linens, cups, silverware, etc. Linens can be rented through a wedding rental company and we are happy to recommend one to you. Cups, silverware, etc is usually provided through by your caterer.
What happens in case of rain?
The Amazing Graze Barn can host both your ceremony and reception indoors. There is no need to worry about weather on your big day!
We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at The Amazing Graze Barn. Does your fee change?
No, because we reserve the date exclusively for you, our fee is the same even if you decide to have your ceremony or reception elsewhere.
What form of payment does The Amazing Graze Barn accept?
Our preferred form of payment is check.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
You will have access to the venue during your contracted time. Decorating and clean up time is included in your total rental time.
Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"
We do not offer a “wedding day coordinator”. However, we do have a team leader here before you arrive onsite who stays with you throughout the duration of your big day. This member of the Amazing Graze team is there to help you however they can (be an extra set of hands decorating, drive you around the farm on our golf cart to take wedding pictures, answer questions from your vendors and direct them as necessary, etc.) Their goal is to do everything possible to help your day go smoothly and ensure your day is as stress-free as possible! (But we still don't consider them a day-of wedding coordinator.) We highly recommend hiring at least a day of coordinator to assist you with the goals of your special day.
What are our catering options at the Amazing Graze Barn?
Currently, you are able to choose any licensed and insured caterer for your special. However, we encourage you to do your due diligence and research them properly.
When is the next open house?
Our open house events are specifically for couples who have already taken a private tour of the Amazing Graze Barn. Open house dates and the RSVP form can be found HERE.
How will the tables, chairs, etc. be arranged for my sized event?

If we choose the one day option, will we be able to access the location early to rehearse our ceremony?
If you elect the one day rental, our venue will likely be reserved by another couple the night before. For that reason, one day rentals should plan for an offsite rehearsal. You are also welcome to to bring anyone who would feel more comfortable understanding the venue (such as your DJ or minister, or any little ones in the wedding party) to one of our monthly Open Houses.
Can we have fireworks on the property?
Fireworks, sparklers, and candles are prohibited. Flameless candles are permissible.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
NO. All property must be removed at the end of the event. We are not responsible for any items left in the venue over night.
What time does the music need to end?
The music needs to end at least one hour prior to your contracted event end time.
We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
Unfortunately no. We are a working farm and keep our gates locked. Access to the property is by appointment only and at designated times.
How far in advance do you need our final headcount?
Please submit final headcount 3 weeks in advance.
Setup and Day-of Event Questions
Are outside snacks and trays permitted?
Outside food and drink is permitted prior to the ceremony. It is not allowed after the start of the event. Please no drinks in glass bottles.
What is the event clean-up process?
Amazing Graze staff will handle all standard clean up and trash removal throughout and following the wedding reception. Putting trash in designated locations, removing décor, flowers, and any other items brought onto the property will be your responsibility.
Can we take photos around the farm on our wedding day?
Sure! Just ask us and we would be happy to make recommendations.
Can we nail decorations to the walls or hang things like streamers or lanterns from the beams?
We request that holes are not placed in the walls. We will have areas where hooks are already placed that you are welcome to use for any additional decorations.
