The Essential Details

  • Authentic dairy barn renovated to include necessary amenities; Located in Louisburg, NC (just outside Raleigh, NC) on 1000 peaceful acres.

  • Affordable Pricing starts at $4500 (no additional fees) Note: We do require every couple purchase Event Insurance that will be an additional $100-200 depending on guest size.

  • Capacity of up to 200 guests

  • We’re a venue with a mission! Your wedding investment helps #sowmorelove in our community. We partner with First Fruits Farm to grow heathy food & donate to hungry families in Eastern NC.

All Packages Include:

  • Exclusive use of our authentic dairy barn for ceremony and/or reception. Barn amenities include modern restrooms, catering prep kitchen, and built-in bar.

  • Multiple ceremony options (indoor ceremony options available in case of rain or if preferred.

  • Separate Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge for use prior to the ceremony.

  • Several photo locations for capturing beautiful memories on your wedding day.

  • Engagement & Bridal Portraits included at no additional charge.

  • A selection of beautiful custom Farmhouse tables, benches, and premium chairs set up for you. White table linens included at no additional fee.

  • Pergola with Cozy Fire Pit to enjoy s’mores or enjoy late night conversation under the stars (wood and attendant included at no additional cost).

The Amazing Graze Experience

Before Your Wedding Day

  • COMMUNICATION: Unlimited, Prompt & professional via email

  • VENUE VISITS:

    • Venue visits available to show vendors, family & friends the venue, or planning purposes.

    • Final Walk Through 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day with your Wedding Management Team Leader

    • 1 hour Rehearsal (as available the week of your wedding)

  • PLANNING RESOURCES & TOOLS:

    • Recommended Vendors List

    • Planning Checklists/Guides

    • Timelines & Layout Options

    • Decor Consultations

  • PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES: Engagement and Bridal sessions as available


On Your Wedding Day

  • VENUE ACCESS: up to 14 hours with access as early as 9AM

  • VENUE USE:

    • Getting Ready Rooms, Ceremony space, Cocktail Hour, & Reception (Additional day allows for Rehearsal Dinner and/or early set up)

  • DECOR & LINEN: Access to trendy, classic & vintage decor. Includes set up & tear down. White table linens included in venue rental fee. Other colors, napkins and table settings available for an additional fee.

  • EVENT SET UP: Setup & Tear Down of tables & premium chairs.

  • WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT TEAM: Onsite during your entire venue access time to ensure you, your wedding party & family are taken care of including set up/tear down of decor, timeline execution and vendor communication.

FAQs

I’m IN LOVE! WHAT ARE MY NEXT STEPS?

We’d love to show you around! Complete our Tour Request Form to schedule a private tour of our venue. If you have already toured and you’re ready to book, just send us an email letting us know what date you are interested in and we will begin the booking process.

WHAT DECORATIONS ARE INCLUDED?

Our Bridal Exchange Inventory features thousands of classic, vintage, rustic and boho decor for you to use on your wedding day! Image a room full of faux florals, lanterns, vases, etc. Why spend more time, money or energy renting, purchasing or borrowing when you can let us handle it. Your Wedding Managment Team will set out all decor on your wedding day and put it away at the end of the night. Easy Peasy!

DO I HAVE TO GET EVENT INSURANCE?

Yes. Event insurance is required, but not included with your venue rental. The cost is generally $100-$200. We recommend Event Helper.

WHAT VENDORS CAN I HIRE FOR MY WEDDING?

You can hire any reputable, professional, and insured vendor. We also offer a Recommended Vendors List that includes wedding pros that are familiar with our space, offer excellent customer service and we enjoy working with.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments may be made via check, cash or bank transfer. After receiving your $2500 Date Reservation Fee when you sign your contract, your remaining balance is broken up into two equal payments due at 9 months and 60 days from your event.

HOW DO I BOOK MY WEDDING DATE? 

Just send us an email with your preferred wedding date. A date is booked when we've received a signed contract AND $2500 Date Reservation Payment. Contract signatures & payments can be handled online.

WILL YOU HOLD MY WEDDING DATE?

Unfortunately, no. Dates are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Booking is the only way to reserve your date.
